EDITION SARPCCO GAMES 1st. - 17th SEPTEMBER 2022 DAR ES SALAAM TANZANIA THE Prime Minister of Tanzania Kassim Majaliwa officially launched the Southern African Region Police Chiefs Cooperation Organization games at Uhuru stadium in Dar es Salaam. The 11th edition of SARPCCO games began in Dar es Salaam on September 4th this year and is scheduled to climax on September 17th at the same venue. This year’s games involved more than 1500 sportsmen from the police forces of South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Comoros, DRC Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and the host Tanzania. The SARPCCO games include football, netball, volleyball, darts, tennis, and athletics as well as chess for both men and women teams.
