Angel Eaton Angel Eaton of the Dar es Salaam Gymkhana Club (DGC) proved her exceptional skills when she won the Morogoro Open Ladies Golf Championship after carding 236 total gross at the Morogoro Gymkhana Club . “I’m extremely happy to clinch the title,” said the soft-spoken lady, who also plays for the national team. Eaton carded 80 gross in the first round one of the-two-day event. She also collected 76 points in the second round before she made her way clear to the title by earning 80 gross in the final lap. Defending champion Madina Idd did not appear for the event, which is the Tanzania Ladies Golf Union (TLGU) Order of Merit championship. The second spot went to Neema Olomi, who scored 87, 82 and 84 points in all three rounds to earn 253 gross. Chiku Elias was the net winner with 273 points while her sister Vickey Elius also had the same points but was placed second on count-bank. Written by: David Monti Fans can watch the Bank of America Chicago Marathon live online and free of charge this Sunday, thanks to the race’s broadcast partner, NBC Chicago. Race organizers reported this morning that fans can connect to http://www.nbcchicago.com at 7:00 a.m. Central time (8:00 a.m. Eastern, 1:00 p.m. GMT) to watch NBC Chicago’s full broadcast.  The free live stream is available globally, organizers said. This is the first time that the race has been available for free global viewing online. The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is the second-largest marathon in the country will enjoy its 34-year anniversary this Sunday. It attracts 45,000 runners annually.
