New Wada president Sir Craig Reedie reveals how he will tackle the growing problem of drug cheats

HIGHLIGHTS of the Commonwealth Games will be broadcast on giant screens across Glasgow, organisers have said

GLASGOW SCOTLAND/The site of 2014 Commonwealth Games Games bosses revealed plans for “live zones” in the city where people can experience the Games without holding a ticket. Screens on Glasgow Green and in Merchant City will show the opening and closing ceremonies and the major events. At these and other locations families can play sports and games and enjoy music, theatre and comedy as part of the 2014 Games cultural programme. The bandstand at Kelvingrove Park, currently being refurbished, is one of the sites earmarked for activities. The zones will run throughout the Games from July 23 to August 3 next year.
