APPOINTED: H.E. President Jakaya Kikwete has appointed Joseph Edward Sokoine

Ambassador Elect Joseph Edward Moringe Sokoine taking an oath of office as the president watch and listens to him at the State House in Dar Es Salaam Yesterday.
The new ambassador has been tasked to be Director In-charge of European and American affairs at the ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
