Tanzania Cross Country Team for Bathurst 2023 “ready - set - go”

Gidabuday Sports Tourism Foundation staff visited the team at their current training camp located at Arusha’s Suburb town of Ngaramtoni. We were welcomed by smiling faces of athletes and national Coach Mr. Denis Malle, soon after arrival we visited the rooms, dining cafeteria and other hospitable surroundings. Our brief discussion was about few but important exchange of advises and solidarity uptake ahead of Australia world event, we cemented what they already know how best to do as follows;
- That - it is important for them to do their best to place within top 15 so they can obtain automatic qualification for the 2023 Budapest World Athletics Championships to be held later this year - That - their individual and team effort could be a reward to our country; few of them can carry the entire map of Tanzania to the world stage - That - the trip to Australia is of their own sacrifice therefore no mistake shall be alowd “do or die for your nation” Meanwhile the Team Coach Mr. Denis Malle has expressed optimism that his convoy will be able to position among the top six (6) making Tanzania eligible for price money. The team comprises four athletes (INYASI NICODEMUS SULLEY, MATHAYO SOMBI SAMHENDA, FABIAN NELSON SULLE and JOSEPHAT JOSHUA GISEMO) while DENIS MALLE is set to be a National Coach. #GoodLuckTanzania
