Baraza jipya la mawaziri: Safari hii rais Kikwete aamua kutumia subira yake mwenyewe, hamna presha, atatangaza wakati wowote

Dr. Mwakyembe & Dr. Magufuli Watanzania wanasubiria kwa hamu kuona majina ya mawaziri watakaoteuliwa kumalizia ungwe ya uongozi wa awamu ya nne chini ya uongozi wa Mh.Jakaya Kikwete. Hata hivyo safari hii imekuwa tofauti kwani rais Kikwete ameamua kuumiliki uteuzi wake bila presha wala kuvuja kwa siri kabla ya siku yenyewe. Watanzania hata hivyo wanayo imani kubwa kwamba rais atawateua watu wenye uzalendo na upendo kwa nchi yao, tofauti na mawaziri wengi walioshuhudiwa wakitumia nyadhifa zao vibaya kwa kutoa lugha korofi na zenye hadaa. Taarifa za kuaminika zinabainisha kwamba "ugali tayari ila twasubiri ipoe kabla ya kuliwa". Muda wowote tutapata kujua nani yupo ama nani hayupo katika "Magic list of honorees"  Taarifa hiyo imeongeza kuwa "Dr. John Magufuli na Dr. Harison Mwakyembe ni kati ya mawaziri wasiokuwa na shaka wala homa katika kipindi hiki kigumu kama mawaziri wengine"  Wanajifahamu kwamba ni wachapa kazi wazuri na lazima watar...

Tanzanian’sprolific players Omary Sulle, Emmanuel Mallya and Tumaini Martin cruised to the semifinals at ITF/ CAT East Africa

Tumaini Martin Arusha Gymkhana Club (AGC) based players Sulle and Mallya, who are currently at the Bujumbura Tennis Academy in Burundi where they are undergoing tennis and academic lessons after securing an ITF scholarship four years ago, proved to be among the region’s best. Sulle secure a boys’ U-14 semi-final spot after recording an impressive 6-4, 6-0 victory over Ethiopian Deme Zakaras in an exciting quarter- final match. His Burundi Academy college mate Mallya, who is playing in the U-16 category, went through after seeing off Saidi Nkurunzinza of Burundi by 6-4, 6-0. Martin, also from AGC, reinforced Tanzania ’s dominance in the boy’s U-16 semifinal after winning his match 6-4, 6-0 over Shababi Kabura of Burundi. Other local boys who impressed yesterday were Yusuph Lawrence, who beat Larporte Denzel of the Seychelles 6-2, 6-0 in the U-12 category and Rashid Salehe who ousted Hamis Hassan 6-2, 6-3 in an all-Tanzania encounter.  Follow the source Tanzania Daily...

Mapinduzi ya Kihistoria: Zanzibar yatimiza miaka 50 tangu yafanyike mapinduzi yaliyoipa kisiwa hicho heshima ya pekee

Rais wa Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar Dk.Ali Mohamed Shein akikagua vikosi vya ulinzi na usalama katika maadhimisho ya miaka 50 ya Mapinduzi ya Zanzibar kwenye uwanja wa Amani mjini Zanzibar. Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, Dk.Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete akiwapungia mamia ya wakazi wa Zanzibar wakati akiwasili kwenye Uwanja wa Amani kwenye kilele cha sikukuu ya miaka ya 50 ya Mapinduzi. Kikosi cha Kifaru kikionyesha kifaru cha kivita huku wananchi wakishangilia kwa furaha.

Emmanuel Mallya Vijana chipukizi wa Tanzania Georgina Kaindoah, Emmanuel Mallya na wenzao  wamefanikiwa kuingia roundi ya pili ya mashindano ya tenisi ya vijana wa umri chini ya miaka 16. Mashindano hayo yanayofanyika katika viwanja vya Gymkhana mjini Dar Es Salaam yalifunguliwa rasmi juzi na afisa mwandamizi wa wa International Tennis Federation ukanda wa Africa Mashariki ndugu Thiery Ntwari . Hadi sasa timu machachari ya watoto mahiri wa kitanzania inaongoza kwa uwingi wa waliovuka roundi ya kwanza.  Kwa upande wa vijana wanaume (under 16 yrs) Sadik Ibrahim amemshinda Mollazewdu Nehemia wa Ethiopia, Menard Frank akimbwaga Kigotho Olivier wa Kenya na Emannuel Mallya akifanikiwa kumshinda Hassane Maulida wa Comoros.  Wasichana under (16 yrs) Georgina Kaindoah alimshinda Zeru Maldhere wa Ethiopia na anatarajiwa kucheza tena leo na Nkata Judy wa Kenya.   Kwa mtiririko huu wavulana wote wa Tanzania wamefaniukiwa kuingia robo fainali h...

Tanzania Tennis Association is a host of ongoing East African Junior Tennis Championships

Tanzania participants The East African Junior Tennis Championships has been officially inaugurated two days ago in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania. The occasion was performed by high level official from International Tennis Federation (East Africa) Mr. Thiery Ntwari along with the Tanzania Tennis Association officials.  All expected international teams have arrived to Tanzania, according to Tanzania Tennis Association official in charge of foreign team’s arrival and accommodations. Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Seychelles, Ethipia and Sudan has arrived as scheduled ahead of the East Africa’s biggest tennis game.   Tanzanians are very happy to welcome the international tennis convoy in their national capital city known to be friendly to all from all walks of life! Even strangers are welcomed. The championships are expected to kick off till January 17th 2014.
